Applicants for all Head Start positions and some administrative positions are required to apply for enrollment in the Oregon Employment Department Child Care Division Central Background Registry. Registration must be complete before date of hire.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide leadership to the organization and manage its day to day affairs.

On an on-call, as needed basis, assist the Center Team and teacher and cooperate in a supportive role carrying out developmentally appropriate activities.  Promote the health, nutrition and education of the children and attend to their safety and welfare.  Reports directly to the Education Coordinator.  Daily tasks assigned by Center Coordinator and Center Team.

This Position is responsible for providing professional translation and interpretation services to support communication between Spanish-speaking children and families, Head Start Staff and community service providers and to provide information on the cultures represented by Spanish speaking families served. Work is supervised by the Head Start Diversity Specialist.

Supports the Center Team according to federal regulations, performance standards, state and local policy. Assists the teaching team in creating a successful environment by integrating all program services that promote growth and development of up to 20 children. Rides the Head Start bus with children of assigned classrooms on their bus routes. Daily tasks are assigned by the Teacher. Reports to the Center Coordinator.
